barWe choose local food sources to create the best possible flavours and to support a sustainable local food system in our region. We buy from local farmers and small food producers, and harvest from our courtyard garden and the wild. We smoke, pickle, bake, press, jar, culture, sprout, render, grind and more, all in-house.


Our back atrium is available for your event. Dinner, reception, or meeting, we are happy to host.
